Notice: The highest gem rate (82%, Poncho-Wearing Pikachu Charizard) is not the highest ROI. Mario Pikachu at 60% gem rate crushes it at 551% ROI because the raw-to-PSA 10 spread is so wide. When you evaluate a card to grade, ask:
- Is the gem rate above 70%? You're in good shape. Most submissions will hit.
- Between 60–70%? Solid, but run the full EV math. You'll take some PSA 9s.

- Below 40%? Avoid unless you're highly confident in a specific copy's condition.
