Service Description

Should You Grade? (“SYG,” “we,” “the service”) provides grading expected value calculations, market data, and analytics tools for Pokemon trading card collectors and investors. The service is available at shouldyougrade.com.

Accounts

You may create a free account to access basic features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address when registering.

Subscription & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed at $9.99 per month through Stripe. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime through your Stripe Customer Portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

If a payment fails, your access to Pro features may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.

Data Accuracy Disclaimer

All grading data, market prices, gem rates, expected value calculations, and related information provided by SYG are for informational purposes only. We aggregate data from third-party sources including PriceCharting, GemRate.com, and the Pokemon TCG API.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that any data is correct, complete, or current. Market prices fluctuate constantly. Gem rates are based on historical population data and may not predict future grading outcomes. You should independently verify any information before making financial decisions.

SYG is not financial advice. We do not recommend specific cards to buy, sell, or grade. All investment decisions are your own.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the service
• Resell or redistribute SYG data commercially
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.
